Plants
All plant sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the plant arrives damaged or unhealthy. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos.

Planters, Pavers & Accessories
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item only if the product arrives damaged or defective. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• You must notify us within the 7-day window with proof of the issue (photos and order details).
